Midsummer Night's Dream

It was dreamy, to say the very least. But more on that later...

I was able to watch the little guy for my friend again for about an hour this morning. I spent the entire time just watching him play with dirt. It was so much fun! He was in his own little world in their backyard. The dirt was usually airplanes and they crashed... a lot! Everywhere. They also have a beautiful puppy, an Irish Setter. She was a happy camper, running and chewing anything that fell in her path - dirt, sticks, plants, grass - they all looked like filet mignon to her! She's only the size of a football right now but her legs are so long! She'd run and run and run and then collapse in the sun. Too cute!

The rest of the day was quiet and mellow.

Tonight was the second and final evening for "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and it rocked our socks!! They were truly awesome - much more relaxed and it showed. Jake was on the edge of his seat and guffawed at parts. The place was packed and the audience laughed in all the right places. Lisette was fabulous!! Here's what the program had to say about our girl ~

Lisette (Helena) - Lisette has recently joined the sophomore class and our school is reaping the rewards of her talent. Lisette performed in the Fine Arts Festival and is a member of NHS (National Honour Society), as well as Choir and Drama. She has performed in numerous productions including "Arsenic and Old Lace."

She's now at the after party - well deserved!

Three cheers for Lisette!! A job well done!!
