Friendly Day!

We started the day by having breakfast with a new family in town...even more new than we are! They have four kids under the age of eleven so have their hands full. Very nice kids too - one boy is Jake's age, so you know he's happy about that!

The kids and I cleaned up the hotel rooms - the maids don't come until late in the afternoon and the rooms couldn't wait. We watched some soccer on television and hit the grocery store to buy things for the BBQ we were invited to.

We all (all eleven of us!) headed to the paaaarrrrrtttttyyy! The food was delicious, the company excellent and the wine was wonderful. We met two additional families there too. The kids all got along and enjoyed themselves, young and older. I got to get my baby fix with a precious little six-month old baby girl. It was our first "official" gathering and we had a great time...I'm already looking forward to returning the favour! BTW, they take their BBQing very, very seriously here in Argentina!!

Salud!
Love,
Shelley
